C. Neil Davenport was born in Plano, Texas and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He has lived in 13 states through his father’s involvement in the U.S. Air Force, but claims to be from Augusta, Georgia. Neil’s love for the development of film and theater formulated in high school which carried him on to earn B.A. from a Augusta University.
