David Hewlett was born on April 18, 1968 in Redhill, Surrey, England as David Ian Hewlett. He is an actor and writer, known for The Shape of Water (2017), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) and Stargate: Atlantis (2004). He has been married to Jane Loughman since June 21, 2008. They have one child. He was previously married to Soo Garay.
