Phoebe Fox was born in 1987 in Hammersmith, London, England as Phoebe Mercedes Fox. She is an actress, known for Eye in the Sky (2015), One Day (2011) and The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death (2014). She has been married to Kyle Soller since 2010.
